 DJ Solarize/ Leon Botha has passed away this week at the age of 26 from a disease called progeria. He was one of the longest living survivors of the condition which is a rare genetic condition causing premature ageing. Leon appeared in the music video Enter the Ninja from global rap sensation Die Antwoord, that currently has 10 million views on youtube. He is also well known for his DJ talent playing as DJ Solarize. Although appearing in actuality show Care Blanche that focused on progeria, Leon was not a one that liked to be labelled or drawing attention to himself. He said: "I am too focused on living my life as it is, to constantly draw my energy or focus towards my physical "state".
